BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.
10. Termination/Access Restriction
Best Lakeland Handyman, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Florida in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Best Lakeland Handyman, LLC's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Best Lakeland Handyman, LLC's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Best Lakeland Handyman, LLC with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Best Lakeland Handyman, LLC with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Best Lakeland Handyman, LLC with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.

1. Handyman Definition
A handyman, or handyperson, is broadly defined as an individual skilled in performing a diverse range of minor to moderate repairs, maintenance tasks, and small-scale improvements around a home or business. While the scope of services can vary, the role generally encompasses a broad array of practical aptitudes for property upkeep and enhancement.

Our technicians are highly skilled, professional craftsmen specializing in repair, maintenance, and remodeling. Our service delivery is guided by core principles including Honesty, Reliability, Transparency, Quality, and Fairness, ensuring the provision of superior service at a fair and clear price.
2. Provision of Our Handyman Services
When you contact Best Lakeland Handyman, LLC, either through this website, by email, telephone, or any other means to request our handyman home repair, maintenance, or remodeling services, or request an estimate or price quote for such service(s), this contact constitutes a request for service.

In response, we may provide an initial "ballpark" estimate for minor tasks, offering a general idea of the average cost. Please note: these verbal ballpark estimates are non-binding and are provided solely for preliminary informational purposes. Our standard procedure, for any project, involves a mandatory on-site visit by a qualified handyman technician. This allows us to accurately assess the scope, take necessary measurements and photos, and evaluate factors like project complexity, required materials, assembly needs, and working environment conditions.

Based on this detailed assessment, our technician will provide an on-the-spot, firm written price quote for your approval. This quote will be emailed to you for electronic acceptance. No work will commence until your explicit approval is received via the "APPROVE" button on the emailed quote, establishing a binding agreement for services. Once approved, work will either proceed immediately, if feasible and mutually convenient, or be scheduled according to your preferences and our availability. For many larger projects or projects requiring materials that need to be sourced and priced, an on-the-spot written quote may not be possible. In such cases, we provide our written price quote to you by email as soon as possible after our visit to your home, which is usually within 24 hours.

Payment in full is due upon completion of services, without exception. We accept cash or pre-approved personal checks, paid directly to the technician on-site. For your convenience, we also accept all major credit cards; you may provide card information securely over the phone, or enter it yourself through an electronic invoice emailed to you prior to the technician's departure, ensuring a smooth and timely transaction.​​​​
3. Cancellation/Refund Policy
You may cancel your requested handyman service(s) at any time prior to the commencement of work by our handyman technician(s) without any obligation or fee. Any cancellation of service after commencement of work on the requested handyman service(s) as will be billed on on a pro-rata basis, based on the total amount stated in the accepted Price Quote, and the percentage of work completed on the project at the time of cancellation.
4. Changes to Terms
Best Lakeland Handyman, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which https://www.BestLakelandHandyman.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Best Lakeland Handyman, LLC encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
